About me

I was born in Ely, Cambridgeshire on the 26th September 1979. I currently now live in Bracknell, Berkshire with my partner Siân. We bought our first place together in May this year thanks to the Thames Valley shared ownership housing scheme. We may get married after Siân finishes her PhD, depending on the financial situation of course! My surname, Lindsay, originates from Scotland and the Lindsay's have their own tartan which looks like this .

I enjoy seeing my friends, playing computer games, going to the cinema and recently I've become very interested in building robots (especially using the Lego Mindstorms system). You can find out more about my personal details here.

I graduated from Royal Holloway, University of London in July 2002. After that I began my PhD which I hope to finish in Sept 2005. You can view details of my research here, see my latest publications here and also download my CV here.
